先に書きますと、山陽電車ひとつ隣の高砂駅前の｢極み鶏｣さん、その並びの串焼き屋さんと同じグループ店との事で、スープひと口目でそれと気づきました(￣▽￣)

スープは岩手鴨と丸鶏を強火で煮込んだドロポタ鶏白湯醤油、このスープをひと口頂いた時に高砂の極み鶏さんと同じと気づきました(￣▽￣)
なぜなら6日前に伺ったんですね〜^^;
麺は自家製の多加水もちもち中細麺
ドロポタスープがバッチリ絡んで飛び散らないようにそーっとちゅるちゅるします。
