高砂にラーメン店さんがオープンし、ずっと行きたいと思っていたのですが、半年が経過してしまいました。
昨年に一度行ったのですが、昼過ぎでたまたまだったのか、お店が閉まっていて残念！この日は空いていたので良かったです。
確かこちらは以前は焼鳥屋さんか居酒屋さんかだったと思うので、店内はラーメン屋さんらしからぬ雰囲気でお座敷もあり、広かったです。
この日、土砂降りの雨だったのでお客さん少なめでした。
カウンター席に座りました。
メニューを確認、鴨白湯と鴨煮干しのラーメンに鴨白湯のつけ麺、それと限定ラーメンの牛骨白湯あり。
こちら荒井駅近くには大手企業があり、その社員さんとかが飲んで帰るからか、せんべろセットや餃子、シューマイ、から揚げなどおつまみ的なものも豊富にありますよ。
初めてなのでやはりこちらを食べた方がいいのかなと。
・濃厚鴨白湯醤油らぁめん 850円
麺の大盛りは無料でしがは、私は普通にしました。
泡立つクリーミーなスープ、味はやや濃いめでパンチがある感じ、スープを飲んだ後、ざらざらした感じが口に残るのですが、これは煮干しなのか何なのか。
鴨の味はそんなにわかりませんでしたが、でも美味しいスープでした。
麺はストレートでのど越しいい感じでつるっと食べれます。
上には地鶏ももレアチャーシュー、紫玉ねぎ、水菜、味玉、穂先メンマ
チャーシューやわらかくてとろける感じ、味玉もとろとろでこのスープに合いますね、紫玉ねぎはいいアクセントになっており、穂先メンマの食感よく、おいしかったです。
店員さんの愛想よく、帰りにはレジのところまで店主らしき人がきてくれて「またいらしてください」と言っていただきました。
他のラーメンも食べてみたくなりました!(^^)!
