９月、わけあって９日間の故郷滞在記・・・
中学の同級生で親友Ｍ君との、昔を懐かしんでの２人呑み２軒目（汗）
甥っ子が、この界隈では一番美味い焼鳥屋ってことでプッシュしてた店があったなあ
行ってみる？？
ただ・・・
正直、１軒目の石焼 とり翔からこちらの店までは１．５ｋｍ（汗）
歩くのは辛い（焦）
ってこって、タクシー呼んで送ってもろた！（歩け！）
しかし・・・
この界隈、変わったようで変ってへんわあ
かれこれ４０年ぶり？（汗）
我が母校の高校も近いし、ほんま懐かしい街並みっす！（暗くて、よう分からんかったけど）
さて・・・
店内、焼鳥屋とは思えんような造りっすね（汗）
カウンターやテーブルが、めっちゃ贅沢な空間を使った配置になってますわあ
バイトのギャルが、めっちゃ明るくてエエ子やった！

すべて２本で￥２４０ですから良心的っすね！
タレの味は、ちょっと醤油の辛さが勝ってはいるけど、それほど濃くもなく素材を重視した感はありまんな（汗）
焼き加減は若干ですが、中まで火が通り気味かしらん（苦笑）
いや、でも、これぐらいなら充分！

こちらはちょっと焦げ目まで付いて、焼き過ぎ感否めませんが・・・
まつばって難しいよな？
焼けてなかったら骨からの身離れは悪いし、焼き過ぎたらパサパサになってまうしな？
でも、￥３８０ならリーズナブル！
