小さな飲み会で利用させていただきました。小野市の街はずれにありますが、三宮の繁華街にある店のような活気があります。こんな時期ですが、週末の夕方でけっこう人が来ています。それぞれほぼ個室なので密集ではありません。幹事が2,500円の肉盛りコースを予約していました。びっくりの内容でした。
前菜の三種盛りの後に、シーザーサラダ、淡路鶏のタタキ、但馬鶏やきとり三種、播州赤鶏もも・やげん軟骨食べ比べ、但馬鶏もも鍬焼き、せせりポン酢仕立て、〆のたまご掛ごはんメレンゲ仕立て、鶏コラーゲンスープと続きます。淡路鶏のタタキですが、普通のタタキより分厚くて肉の食感が楽しめました。やきとり三種は皮、もも、ネギマでした。濃いめのタレで美味しくいただきました。次のやげん軟骨はこれまた大きめで、コリコリと歯応えが楽しめましたが、この辺から少しお腹が苦しくなってきて、播州赤鶏ももは後回しにして、次の但馬鶏もも鍬焼きに取り掛かりました。もも肉の甘酢餡掛けなのですが、これも１つが大きくて、2個3個とは食べられません。せせりポン酢はポン酢と大根おろしが爽やかで、また頑張れました。でも全体の量が多くてこのメンバー（女性3人男性は私を含む爺さん2人）では食べ切れませんでした。食欲旺盛な若者なら軽く完食できたかも知れません。最後のたまご掛ごはんは卵黄はごはんに混ぜ込んであり、卵白はメレンゲにしてごはんの上にかかっていました。フワフワのメレンゲご飯が珍しくて、これは完食しました。いっしょに出てきた鶏コラーゲンスープは、濃いめでラーメンに合うスープだと思いました。ドリンクはそれぞれ２杯くらい。一人3,500円ほどでした。神戸ではこの価格でこの内容（量）は無理ですね。難を言えば出て来るのが早い。味ちょい濃いめ。ご馳走様でした。
