昼1番で姫路市役所を訪れる予定があり、近くでお店を探していたところたまたま発見。餃子屋ということですが、ラーメンもあるんじゃないかと食べログを確認して入店を決めました。カウンターに手書きで貼ってあったメニューから豚骨ラーメン（748円税込）を。その後に通常メニューを見ていると、塩、醤油、味噌、台湾ラーメンなど色々ラインナップがあったので、もっとゆっくり決めれば良かったなぁと。隣の人が食べていた味噌ラーメンが美味しそうでした。博多屋台風のあっさり豚骨ラーメンということでかなり薄めのスープ。ボリュームは抑えめか。添えられた紅生姜や高菜、胡麻を入れると味がまとまりました。餃子セットなんかも食べてみたいところでしたが、昼から商談なのでセーブ。バリエーションが多いので、また伺ってみたいと思います。
