父の紹介で、母方のおばあちゃんの米寿のお祝いを親戚とするために父に予約してもらい伺いました。
今回は11,000円のおまかせコースでの注文。
店内は開放的で明るく、ぐるりと見渡せるオープンカウンター、テーブル席、奥には個室もあります。カウンターがステーキやさんみたいな作りですごくおしゃれです♪♪
出てきた本日のコースは、

ワタリガニは口の中に甘味が溢れる〜〜、
シマアジ、ノドグロのお寿司も美味しい♪♪ご飯とネタのバランスはちょうど良いぐらいです。
活き海老も身が大きくて、ぶりんぶりん。
穴子とタコはめちゃくちゃ美味しい。兵庫県を自慢したくなります。
赤出汁が最後染み渡ります。
タマゴはほんのりの甘さで。
お酒は日本酒を飲んでいましたが、姫路の地酒や他にも数種類良いお酒が置いてあります。
始まりから優しい味のスタートで重くならず、量もちょうど良かったです。
お祝いモードで抑えたつもりですが、少し騒がしくなってしまいましたが、光る店主さんの目は気になりつつも、店員さんも一緒にお祝いの拍手をしてくださったりとても良い方ばかりでした。
週末に伺うとみなさん予約でいっぱいだったので、人気のお寿司やさんですね。
