今日はちょっとしたお祝い呑みでここ「雷寿司」さんにきました。何日か前に予約して行ったんですが最初入り口が見つからずどうしようかと思いました。路地入った奥なので隠れ家的な感じですね。
お店の扉を開けて中に入るとカウンターにお客さんがいっぱい。予約時カウンター指定してたんで私達の席は確保されています。平日の月曜でこの客足は素晴らしいです。小上がりも幾つかありお客さんも幾らか居るみたいで大繁盛です。
注文は「おまかせコース」でお願いしました。日本酒を片手に大将の仕事を観ながらいただく料理は最高に美味しいですね。お刺身はもちろん美味しいですが一品一品がいい味付けでほんと味わいながらいただけます。芽ねぎは最高ですね。握りもネタとシャリとの統一感が半端ない。まさに至福の時を味合わさせていただきました。
また姫路に来たら来たいお店です。
