旬が近づいたので穴子目当てに姫路へ車の旅
日帰りでもいいのですがお酒も楽しみたいので駅前のホテルにチェックイン
飲食の街 塩町・魚町方面にひーこら歩いていくと繁華街の入口付近にお店はありました
まずは、お酒と刺身から始めます
刺身は上品な脂が乗っていて食感、甘み、旨みすべて流石に本場と感じさせてくれるものでした
いくつか酒と肴をいただき食事はやはり はりま重に
刺身と違った ”ふわっ” な食感と素材を活かす上品なたれであと味もよく最後までお酒を楽しむことが出来ました
料理長にお聞きしたところ
穴子の季節はやはり夏
夏の脂と秋の脂は違う
秋はぼってり
夏はさっぱり旨み
まさに旬のはしりのご馳走でした
