祝日の午前11時過ぎに訪問しました。
まだ空いていましたが後から続々とお客さんが来られていました。
個室中心のようで、個室のテーブル席に通されました。
穴子のお造り、天ぷら、穴子御飯のつく、柊御前を注文しました。
15分ほどで提供されました。
御膳の中に穴子のお造り、天ぷら、そして穴子御飯が綺麗に並んでいます。
穴子のお造りは初めて食べましたが、クセがなく、食べやすい。
フグのてっさを食べるようにもみじおろしと青ネギと一緒に食べると美味しい。
穴子のお造りがこんなに美味しいとは予想外でした。
穴子の天ぷらは揚げたてで穴子の柔らかな食感を楽しめます。
穴子御飯は焼いた穴子をごはんの上に乗せてタレがかけてあります。
こちらは香ばしさを感じ、ご飯が進みます。
茶碗蒸し、お吸い物、小鉢もきちんとした仕事がされています。
穴子を存分に楽しめる、とてもいいお店です。
