平日の13時前2名でお店に。
2テーブル？予約が入っていた様ですが、待つことなく着席。
穴子づくし御膳を注文。
また店員さんから、のれそれ(正直知りませんでしたが穴子の稚魚)を勧められたので、試しに注文。
穴子づくし御膳には、各種穴子を使った料理が。
刺身、山椒煮、焼穴子/蒸穴子、だし巻、酢の物、天婦羅など満喫。
穴子の刺身は、初めて食べましたが、コリコリとした食感、あっさり白身といった感じ。
のれそれは、ポン酢/もみじおろしに浸かった状態で提供され、そのまま食べましたが、まぁ何と言うか、酒のアテになりそうなものかな。
