姫路のあなご専門店『柊（ひいらぎ）』
お寿司屋さんで穴子は食べたことあるけれども、専門店というのは初めて。
写真は『柊和膳』と言うコースですが、なかなかのボリュームなのに4180円！コスパ良いです。
照り焼きだけで無く、刺身、天ぷら、酢の物、佃煮とバリエーションも豊富でどれも美味い！
雰囲気も良い、美味しい日本酒もある！
播磨伝統の味を堪能しました。
