卵あんかけ風唐揚げ
唐揚げに油淋鶏っぽいタレを卵でとじたソースが
意外とさっぱりしていて美味しい
野菜のフォー
優しいお出汁にもやし等野菜たっぷりの米粉の麺 フォーがいい感じにマッチしてる。
生春巻き
ベトナムのチリソースは甘味があり辛さより酸味が効いてる。
メープラナムのソースは個人的に好きなので添え付けで有ると凄く嬉しい。
コレが卓上調味料のお店は初めて見た。
アジアン風ポテトサラダ
ガラムマサラやコリアンダーなどのソースがかかったスパイシーポテト
食欲そそるやつです。
基本的に料理は全部ドンピシャの好みでした。
デザートの杏仁豆腐
なめらかタイプではなく、かためのクラシカルなやつ
コレは今一つかなぁ？
でもこの味でこの量とクオリティーは素晴らしい
