姫路今宿にある、まいどおおきに食堂に行ってきました。
もともと家で少しだけ食べていたのですが、どうしてもあのふんわりとした玉子焼きを食べたくなっていってしまった。
以前からこちらのまいどおおきに食堂は何度も訪れているのですが、必ず玉子焼きを注文した後に、あれこれとセルフでおかずを選んでしまうため、テーブルで並べたとき思いもよらないくらい頼んでしまう事があり、後悔する事があるので、今回は玉子焼きと明太子、ご飯味噌汁といたってシンプルな注文にとどめました。
玉子焼きに醤油をかけたりマヨネーズをかけるだけでいろいろな味を楽しめるのが嬉しい。
テーブルにはふりかけも無料で置かれているので、ご飯が余ってしまう心配もありません。
味噌汁、ごはん、明太子、玉子焼き。
これだけで満足できる日本の素朴ながらに奥が深い日本食のうまさを味わえるいい店です。
海外から帰ってくることこういう店に来たくなりますね。
