{Taishi-cho, Ibo-gun, Hyogo Prefecture} A pasta restaurant along National Route 179 in the center of Taishi-cho, Ibo-gun, Hyogo Prefecture, "Mocchimo Pasta Taishi Branch" [Visited 30/4/2021] This is a long-standing local restaurant. Even though it was during Golden Week, it was quite busy on a weekday in the middle of the month. (^.^) I ordered the "Mocchimo Pasta Lunch 1,485 yen". This lunch comes with salad, a main pasta, baguette, and a drink bar. It's not a bad set. (^-^) However, even though it was a weekday, it was a bit expensive for the Golden Week holiday rate... I felt like I'd missed out. (^^;;) For the pasta, I chose "Eggplant and Mozzarella Meat Sauce". (^.^) I chose linguine, which has a chewy and firm texture. It's delicious. It has a chewy texture and is very satisfying to eat. The meat sauce was lighter than I expected, but it wasn't bad at all. The mozzarella was rich and delicious, and the combination with the eggplant was also good ~ It somehow feels healthy ~ (^-^) I chose the garlic baguette (^.^) It was so delicious ~ In this day and age when wearing a mask is the norm, you don't have to worry about bad breath‼ ️ The flavor and aroma of the garlic is the best, and the juicy taste that seeps out when you eat it is irresistible ~ After all, garlic baguettes are the best ~ ✌️ I had pasta for the first time in a while (^.^) It's a rare local pasta shop, so it's great ~ Thank you for the meal ~ ♪♪
