スープとても美味しいです。麺とよく絡み合って最高でした。ラーメンへの拘りも強く、長年をかけて完成させた『低温熟成細麺』を使用していて、もちもち感の中にも滑らかさと甘さがあり、めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。女性スタッフがとても活き活きしてステキでした。すごく印象がよかったです。
