After running errands in Himeji, I didn't have enough to eat a big lunch at lunchtime, but I wanted to have a drink while snacking on Himeji gourmet food before returning to Osaka, and when I was looking at the shops, I entered this restaurant, which seemed to have a few restaurant affiliated restaurants. First of all, I ordered draft beer and potesara, but apparently they didn't prepare potesara. It seems to be a store that opens at 10 o'clock and is open until late at night, and after it opens, it seems that they find time to prepare the lost ate. There was already a flood of orders that could not be handled by the two clerks alone, and it was quite a success. Instead, I asked for meat and potatoes that were homemade, but they came out lentine. It was one whole potato, full of meat, onions, and carrots. Although the warmth was a little uneven, it was a volume that made me hungry for 580 yen. The seasoning is exquisite, and above all, the cost performance is amazing that there is so much beef in it. I don't think there was any unevenness in the reheating or a hard part of the potato. I also ordered Japan sake, but they have local sake from around Himeji. What I asked for was a dry Banshu of Ryuriki. It seems that it is from the ban. Not only the glass, but also the receiving swastika does not hesitate to pour at the surface tension level, and the price is a little high, but you can drink it according to the price. I also ordered Banshu's famous twisted pon. It's not even a parent bird, but according to the clerk, it's a "grandma bird." I thought it was cold, but it was a little hot. I think it's a grandma bird that can no longer lay eggs, but it's more elastic than it needs to be, and there are parts that I have a hard time eating, but this is the only thing I can taste, it's not greasy, it's slightly fragrant, and you can eat it refreshingly with ponzu sauce, so it was a good taste for sake, and the volume was quite good. The volume of meat and potatoes was so great that I regretted that I couldn't eat Himeji Oden even though I was going to eat it. When I was about to enter the store, the female clerk who entered the store with me was very friendly, and I had friendly interactions with the regulars, but I was also very comfortable with me and the other strangers, such as conversations like "You came in, you were with me" and "Where did you come from?" When I was leaving, the clerks said something like, "If you come to Himeji, please come back!" and I left the store in a good mood. It was a restaurant where you could really enjoy the atmosphere of a bar in Himeji. I'm planning to go there again when I go to Himeji.
