美味しいかりんとうでおなじみの常盤堂さんの工場見学に参加しました(*^^*)
＊お土産をいただきました♪
食品系列の工場見学は、主人の趣味なのでいろんな所へ出掛けてるのですが、常盤堂さんはとてもとても近くで工場見学が出来てしかもゆっくりと私たちに合わせて説明をしてくださったので居心地良く楽しかったです♪
職人さんの手とオリジナルの機械によってだんだんとかりんとうが出来上がっていくのは、面白くてずっ～と見ていられる感じでした(*^^*)
兵庫県産の小麦粉を使い分け、発酵の仕方を変えて100種類以上のかりんとうを作られてます！
主に菜種油を使い、季節によっては配合を変えているそうです。
こだわり抜いた素材と徹底した生産管理で、伝統を守られているんですね。
