明石の玉子焼の話をしていてら
どろ焼も美味しいよ～って話になったので
それを知らなかった私は食べてみたいとなりました
どうせ食べるなら本家本元
コチラの本店まで来てみました
明石から姫路にかけての食べ飲み日帰り旅も
コチラのお店で最後。
目的のどろ焼を食べてみましょう♪
そしてついでにお好み焼も注文しました
先ずはヤカンに入ったお出汁とねぎがきました
アルミのヤカンは鉄板の上に置かれました
なるほど～！こうすると何時までも冷めないですよね～
注文の二品が同時に来まして
ちょうど食べ比べするのに良かったです
先ずはお好み焼ですが…
そこまで厚みは無いですがフワフワで普通に美味しい
味変グッズが豊富なので色んな味を試せて楽しかったです。
そして『どろ焼』です
ヤワヤワなお好み焼みたいな見た目でオムレツみたいな形状をしてます。
明石の玉子焼とトロロ多めのお好み焼を混ぜた様な味と食感で、お出汁との相性も◎
ねぎを後乗せ出来るので風味も食感もアップして良かったです
チンチロリンハイボールも楽しかったです♪
もっと色々食べてみたいと思ったので
近くの支店とかも行ってみようと思いました
