JR姫路駅北口より徒歩約2分、東大路沿いお溝筋入口近くにあるお店
「姫路おでん 地料理 居酒屋 じごろ小廣」。
3月下旬の姫路滞在時の夜に訪れました。
店内はカウンター席やテーブル席が全30席の広さ。私は奥の一番端席へと案内されました。
先ずは「生ビール」(580円)片手に卓上のメニューを拝見。
姫路で呑むのは初めてで、おでんが名物と言う前情報を得ていたので
「姫路おでん おまかせ五種」
を注文しました。
《この日のおまかせ五種》
・たまご(150円)
・大根(130円)
・すじ(300円)
・厚あげ(170円)
・こんにゃく(120円)
生姜醤油でいただくという「姫路おでん」。おでんと言えばからしの自分としては
初めてなのではたしてどんなお味がするのかワクワクです (^^♪
一口パクリ。
うんうん、生姜の香りがとても良く、ピリッとしたお味がおでんにも良く合います。
どれも良く煮込まれていて、大根の柔らかさも素晴らしかったですが、一番驚いたのは
厚あげの超～柔らかさ！！！厚揚げと言うより絹ごし豆腐のように箸で簡単に切れちゃう
柔らかさにはビックリしました (゜o゜) ｳﾋｬ-
こりゃー日本酒が呑みたくなった！って事で
「奥播磨」(1080円)
を頂く事にしました。辛口でキリッとした後味のお酒がまた料理に合ってて旨いです！
続いて料理は旬のお薦め料理メニューの中から
「ホタルイカの酢味噌和え」(580円)
を注文。これまたお酒が進む美味しい肴でした。
この日はお酒をもう1杯おかわりしてお勘定しました。
初体験の姫路おでんも地酒もとても美味しかったです。
