以前から気になっていました、姫路で人気のあるとんかつ店、「とんかつ朔」さんに行ってみました。
土曜日13:30頃に伺うと10分程度の待ち時間で入店出来ました。
店内はこぢんまりした感じで、カウンター席と、テーブル席がありまして、落ち着く内装でした。
特ロース定食 230g 2500円 を注文しました。
写真では伝わりにくいですが、とんかつの厚み、ヴォリュームはかなりで、時間かけて低音で揚げている影響なのか中はレアな感じで肉汁がジューシーでかなり美味しかったです。
とんかつにしては少しお高いですが、これは普段食べてるものとは全く違った食感で満足しました。
間違いなく、もう一度来店して味を確かめたいレベルでしたね。
