本日はこちらへ。
姫路市にあるとんかつ屋さんになります。
日曜日の11時40分到着。
駐車場はお店の横と道を挟んだ先にありますが満車状態。
もう一度ぐるっとまわってきたらちょうどお店の横が空き運良く停められました。
通りがやけに賑やかだと思っていたら、運悪く「町屋の日」なるイベントが開催されている模様。
店頭には10人以上の行列ができています。
記名票に名前を書いて待ちます。
とんかつ屋さんの行列はラーメン屋以上に回転が悪いイメージ。
特にこちらは低温調理のため1時間以上は覚悟します。
待っている間にメニューを聞かれます。
上ヒレ（2000円）に有頭エビフライ（550円）のトッピングをお願いしました。
到着から1時間10分、ようやく入店。
卓上はソース、しょうゆ、ミル挽きのヒマラヤ岩塩、海洋深層水塩、レモスコ。
10分ほどで提供されました。
東京の成蔵や大阪の乃ぐちなどに比べると低温調理の割には中までしっかりと火が入っている印象ですが、柔らかくしっとりと仕上がっています。
衣は若干はがれ気味。
最初は良かったんですが食べ進めるとしっとり感は落ち、衣の網側は水分でしなしなになっていきます。
エビフライは大ぶりの有頭海老で火が入りすぎない絶妙な火入れ。
ご飯はおかわり一杯無料なのでおかわりさせていただきました。
