This restaurant just opened in Himeji Shiomachi in July 2016. It's not a particularly large restaurant, with a maximum of nine seats, but you can have a leisurely conversation with the chef. Even if you ask the chef about something that's not on the menu, he'll respond flexibly to the situation, saying, "Shall I make this?" That's one of the great things about this kind of restaurant. The food is not only delicious, with fresh fish, but the vegetables are also delicious! A restaurant that serves delicious stews is proof that they do their work carefully.
