苺農園が運営しているカフェの丸ごと苺のかき氷がずっと気になっていて、それ目的で行きました。
苺を丸ごと凍らせたものを削っているので、スライス苺の盛り合わせです！ふわっふわで口に入れると直ぐに溶けて無くなります。これなら食事の後でも丸ごと一個食べれるかも。
そのまま食べると苺の酸味で少しすっぱいですが、添えてある苺シロップが甘いので、練乳も合わせて調節ができます。器の底には丸ごと苺のジャムがゴロゴロ入っていて、これまた甘くて美味しいので、ジャムとかき氷を一緒に食べるのがおすすめです。
予約を忘れられてたりちょっとだけ接客では残念なところはあったかな。
