今日はレディースDAYだったので映画を観た帰りに1人ランチに行って来ました(*^o^*)
タイ料理デビューにして初パクチー！
今まで無性に気にっなってたタイ料理一度も食べた事なかったので、こちらフォローワーさんが食べられててデビューしやすいかなぁと思い寄ってみました(^ ^)
カオマンガイか、ガパオライスか迷ったのですがカオマンガイにしてみました(^ ^)
最初にジャスミン茶をお願いしました。スッキリした味わいです。スープは小エビが入ってるおりもやしがほぼ生でした。私には塩辛かったけどエビ風味はいいですね。
サラダはスイートチリソースでアーモンドが香ばしくて美味しかったです(^ ^)
お待ちかねのカオマンガイ上にはパクチーです。パクチーデビュー遅いですが初めまして(*^o^*)
タイ米も20数年振りです。
細長いパサパサしたお米はお久しぶりです。
鶏肉は柔らかく蒸しあがって甘めのソースがかかったタイ米と鶏肉、ソースの相性がよくとっても美味しくいただけます。そして
そして、噂のパクチーを食べると、何で⁈カメムシの臭いが口の中にする(｀・∀・´)慌ててジャスミン茶とご飯を直ぐに消えのだが結構きつい私には無理かなぁ。パクチーデビューは敗北しました。セロリー、春菊と思ってもダメでした(；ω；)
