JR姫路駅北口より徒歩約3分、大手前通り沿いの商業施設「FESTA」1F
姫路のれん街内にあるお店「姫路のタイ屋台 玲」。
3月4下旬の姫路滞在時のお昼時に訪れました。
タイの半屋台風店内はテーブル席が全40席の広さです。
お店は男女お2人で切り盛りされておりました。
卓上のランチメニューを拝見。
ランチメニューはグリーンカレー、パッタイ、ガパオ、カオマンガイの4種類。
その中からこの日は
「パッタイ(米麺焼きそば)」(980円)
※サラダ、スープ付
を注文しました。
待つ事しばし、パッタイが運ばれてきました。
「パッタイ」の麺は平たい米麺。具にはムキエビ、エシャロット、炒り卵、
桜エビ、たくあん、厚揚げ、ニラ、もやし、刻みピーナッツなど。
パッタイの具材としては完璧で手抜きの無いタイ料理ですね (^^)
卓上のタイ料理店お馴染み4種の調味料「クルワンプルーン」の中から
「プリックナンプラー(唐辛子魚醤漬け)」「プリックポン(粉唐辛子)」
「プリックナムソム(唐辛子酢漬け)」※唐辛子は入ってませんでした
パパっと自分好みに適量かけて、別添えのカットレモンをさっと搾り
早速いただいてみました♪
麺はモチモチな食感が良いです♪お味はナンプラー(魚醤)ベースで自分好みに
調製した辛味がバッチリです。もやし、桜海老、刻みピーナッツのシャキッとか
コリコリッとした歯応えも楽しかったです。
程なく完食しました。
