My son was participating in the Himeji Castle Marathon and his grandparents were coming to watch, so we all decided to go out to eat. The lower grade elementary school class ended quickly, so we arrived before the store opened and there were already three groups in line. I've had the kushikatsu order buffet at Shinsekai in Osaka before, but this is my first time trying to fry it myself. I pick up the toppings myself, coat them, and fry them. The kids were happy, but this was quite a hassle ^^; The toppings were smaller than I expected, and the fryer was also small, so there wasn't much to fry, so I didn't feel like I ate much as it seemed like it was being fried all the time. The taste is something like this.
