午後から伊丹に着いた日の夜に訪問しました。
姫路に泊まるって初めてかも。
こちらのお店は小十の出身。
以前茅ヶ崎の鮨屋に伺った時にもオススメされました。
とにかく居心地がいい！
お店も素敵だし
ご主人の立ち振る舞いもいいのです。
仕事も丁寧だし。うつわもすてき。
カウンター席って難しくて
見たくないものも見えてしまうから。
こちらのお店は完璧と言ってもいいくらい。
下調べなく訪問しましたが
食材はほぼこの周辺のもので
嬉しかった。
あと山菜なども多く使われているのもよかったな。
