姫路を代表する日本料理
こちらは2019年の4月に兵庫県姫路にオープンされた日本料理店になります。
予約は完全予約制になり1名から受付ています。
営業はランチとディナーともにされています。
アクセスは姫路駅の北口から徒歩10分の「メゾンソレイユ」の1階になります。
店内は数寄屋造りの土壁や網代天井が特徴的でL字形のカウンター8席と個室が1つになります。
料理内容はおまかせコース1本のみになります。
ご主人は東京赤坂の料亭や東京銀座の「銀座小十」にて料理長をされていた方になります。
お料理は地元兵庫県の食材にこだわっており、新鮮な魚介類を堪能できました。
「銀座小十」譲りの名店の名に恥じぬ日本料理がいただる素晴らしいお店だと思います。
姫路から発信する関西をはじめ日本を代表する日本料理店になると思います。
