『淡流』さん♪

先日鳥取の「みつき」さんをお伺いした際に光井大将との話の流れで話題に上げられたのが姫路に2019年オープンされた「淡流」さん♫

こちらの中江大将は「銀座 小十」の料理長を務められた程の料理人♫高砂が大将の地元という事で高砂に程近い姫路で居を構えられたとの事です。

光井大将からも「美しい日本料理」という感想も頂きましたので、これは早速お伺いしなければ!と思い、ポケットコンシェルジュにて予約を入れた次第(^^)やっぱり予約困難店は予約困難になる前にお伺いしたか?どうか?がポイントですよね(・・;)それに私自身も兵庫出身で母の実家は姫路となればやはり気になりますし、応援もしたくなりますから!

お店はビルの一階に凛とした雰囲気を醸しており、お店の中に入ると数奇屋造りの見事な店内♫見事ですね!そして中江大将は噂に違わぬ精悍なイケメン(^^)お弟子さんも2人いらっしゃいましたが、噂の美人女将は…お子さんも3人いらっしゃるので、夜のみお出ましとの事。
