季節限定のチェリーエンゼルフードケーキをいただいてきました
マザームーンカフェさんの名物エンゼルフードケーキ
このエンゼルフードとは、
卵黄と油を使用しないヘルシーなシフォンケーキに似たケーキです✨
以前違うお店のお取り寄せで食べたことありますがシフォンケーキとほとんど変わらないです！
大きめのカットですがペロリといけちゃいます♪
個人的にはシフォンケーキより軽いのにもちっ？とした食感を感じました☺️
たっぷりとコーティングされているのはいちごクリーム✨
桜の香りがポイント
平日はお得なドリンクセットもあって嬉しい♪

オープンして間も無く行ったからか提供速度めちゃ速かったです❗️
アメリカ南部発祥の名物料理というバターミルクフライドチキンはしっかりした味でご飯やお酒が進みそう
サラダにはぶどうも入ってました
キャロットラペ、レッドキャベツのコールスロー、と彩り鮮やか✨
フライドポテトも大きくて食べ応え有り♡
ジンジャーライスは香りも味も好みでした❣️
ジンジャーライスだけで食べても美味しい☺︎
これは次々と店舗展開しているのが分かります(*´꒳`*)
全て塩分強めなのでこの後めちゃくちゃ喉乾きました笑

2月からベリーベリーストロベリーフェアが始まったとのことで早速訪問
あまおうと大きな国産苺のタルトと
贅沢苺とピスタチオのショートケーキタルトの2種をシェア
大きなあまおうがどんっと乗ったタルトにたっぷりのいちごが使用されたタルト
どちらも見た目からテンション上がるし美味しかった
ただショートケーキのスポンジはショーケース陳列が長時間だったからかパサつきもありました
こちらのタルト台はしっかりした食感で好み
見た目はピスタチオのショートケーキタルトが圧巻でしたが
まとまりがよく苺も美味しかったのはあまおうタルト
エンゼルフードも食べたかったんだけどそれは売り切れ
次回リベンジしなきゃ
ドリンクはノンカフェインのカモミールシトラス
