3/2(水)はランチに「マザームーンカフェ姫路店」へ行ってきました。
「マザームーンカフェ」は神戸発の自然派カフェ。
来店前リサーチでメニューを確認していましたが、どのランチプレートにも新鮮なお野菜がたっぷり使われていて見た目にも鮮やかで美味しそうでした。
私が注文したのはキッシュランチプレート(写真1枚目)です。
セットの内容は、特製ポタージュ、自家製フォカッチャ、フライドポテト、キッシュ、サラダ盛り合わせです。
一緒にランチをした先輩は大人のお子様ランチ(という名称でした)を注文(写真2枚目)。
こちらのセットの内容は、特製ポタージュ、自家製フォカッチャ、メインディッシュ、サラダ盛り合わせ、エンゼルカップとなっております。
キッシュランチプレートの感想です。
特製ポタージュは、まったりとして濃厚。素材の旨味がしっかり活かされてると感じました。
サラダ盛り合わせ。生野菜がてんこ盛りで、日頃野菜不足(笑)の私には嬉しいですね
特製ドレッシングがかかっています。キウイの薄切りも入っていました。
キャロットラぺのシャリシャリとした食感が良いです。
紫キャベツのチョップ、紫キャベツの味わいがサクサクした食感に閉じこめられてます。どう作ってるのか少し気になります。
フライドポテト、ホクホクして美味しいです。
自家製フォカッチャは、手に取ってそのふわっと感にビックリ。ちぎってもちもち具合を肌で感じます。そしてちぎった分をパクリ。もっちり加減が最高です
このフォカッチャの枕があれば欲しいとさえ思ったほどです(笑)
メインのキッシュは、ホウレン草とベーコンがたっぷりと使われ、タマゴの密度高めのぎゅっとした旨味が閉じこめられていました。ザクザクのパイ生地と一緒にいただきました。
総じてバランスが良く、美味しいものを少しずつ少しずつ味わえるランチプレートでした。
キッシュも然ることながら、自家製フォカッチャが本当に美味しすぎました。
またお伺いしたいお店です。
自家製フォカッチャはどのランチプレートでも付いてくるようです。今度は別のランチプレートを注文してみようと思います。
