姫路に用事があったので事前にお店を調べて予約。
この日は予約で満席、賑わっていました。
シェフのおすすめサラダ、前菜盛り合わせ、パスタ、和牛ステーキ、本日のチーズ、白ワイン、赤ワインを注文。
8種類の前菜はどれも美味しかったです。
フレッシュトマトとバジルのパスタは、トマトの酸味がほどよくありあっさりしていて美味しい。
イチボステーキはお肉がめちゃくちゃ柔らかくて、焼き加減も最高でした。
ただ私には全体的に塩味が薄めで味がぼやけてるかな？と思いました。
