龍野公園の西奧側にあるすくね茶屋さんに行ってきました。
ちょっと暑くなってきたので素麺を食べようと思い足を延ばしました。
揖保乃糸の最高峰ブランドである三神が食べれます。
冷やし三神ソウメン定食1500円を注文。
素麺と小鉢2皿とご飯とお漬物がつきます。
三神の特徴は極細、初めて見るレベルの細さです。
麺の旨味が強くてスルスルとなんぼでも食べれてしまいます。この素麺つゆも最高に美味しいです。最後は飲み干してしまいました。
小鉢も山菜やワカメなど素材の良さが伝わってきます。
どれも素晴らしく美味しく大満足でした。
トイレが男女共用なのですが、男性の小トイレの所は鍵が掛けれないため女性の方が真後ろを通ると気まずいので注意が必要です。
