揖保乃糸資料館 そうめんの里 レストラン庵
たつの市神岡町の追分線にある素麺を使用した色々な料理がいただける和食レストラン。
揖保乃糸資料館「そうめんの里」は、西播磨地域の伝統産業「手延べそうめん」のテーマ館だ。
総支配人が古い友人なので館内のレストランを案内してもらった。
まずいただいたのは、素麺を巻寿司にしたという
