揖保乃糸資料館 そうめんの里の見学の後は、やはりそうめんをいただかなくては！
併設のお食事処『レストラン庵』でランチにしました♪
この日のそうめんは、ひね上級。
イケめんのひねですねー♡
メニューにはそうめんのアイデア料理が並んでいます～。
イタリアンドレッシングとバルサミコ酢を使ったカルパッチョ風の「シーフードそうめん」も気になるけど、
茹でた素麺を揚げた「揚げ麺」は家で作るの難しいかなと思って、「揚げ麺 明太シラス」を注文。
すると5分もしないうちに提供されました。
きっと揚げていた麺に具材をトッピングするだけだったんでしょうね（笑）
お味は・・
うーん、不思議な味。
美味しくないことはないんだけど、揚げた食感が食べ慣れない味でちょっと抵抗感が・・
シンプルに茹でた味の方が好きかな。
また機会があれば、次はシーフードそうめんを食べてみたいです～(*^-^*)
