Today, my partner and I had a little splurge on lunch to use up the points we got from GoTo Travel♪ We had a little luxury lunch at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Riki, a place I'd been curious about every time we passed by＾＾ I'd been to this restaurant a few times when I was younger for drinking parties with my coworkers, but this was my first time having lunch there. We ordered the 200g skirt steak set and the Sendai thick-cut Cow tongue set, prepared some self-service pickles and kimchi, and waited a while for the main meat to arrive, and then it arrived along with the rice! Cow tongue was well-cut but a little small. However, it came with Nanban miso, which is typical of Sendai, so that's GOOD! There was only 200g of skirt steak, so we were able to eat a lot＾＾ I was grateful that they gave us free rice refills and a side dish. Next time I'll have to come back to try the horumon as well...
