なかなかそうめんをメインで食べることは外でなかったので行ってきました。
店内はかなりオサレなふいんきでテラス席もありました。
メニューはあったかいのと冷たいのがあり、私は冷たいのをチョイス。
出てきた器がおしゃれで、家でよく見る、ざるから直接タイプとは見た目が違います。
そうめんが絶妙な加減で茹でられており、家ではどうしても固めにゆでてしまいますが、これぐらいが適正なのだなと改めてわかりました。
