料理 関西人には、お馴染みの美味しい揖保乃糸の素麺。
メニューには年を越した「古ひね」2束を使用しているとの事。
もちろん美味しいです。
ただ、関西人には三輪素麺やこの揖保乃糸の美味しさを既知なので、
驚きは無く、普通に美味しかったです。
ヒガシマル醤油のお足元なので、汁もそれぞれ美味しかったです。
特筆 ホスピタリティ高い店主さま、ご馳走様でした(^^♪
残念 駐車場がない事
コスパ 3点 観光地価格としては、仕方ないのですか
有料駐車場も必要で、そうめんとしては、値段高いです。
店舗 珍しい素麺専門店という寒さぎりぎりでテラスのお外で頂きました。
経緯 今月半ば、私もスポンサーのNHK番組のうまいッ！を見ての訪問ですf^_^;)
24本が延ばされて1本になるから、コシが生まれるんですね。
