今日の目的は「中華そば」
というわけで
[ねぎとにんにく]を目指しています
略して[ねぎにん]
たつの中心部から車を走らせること15分
そんな郊外にあるなんて…半信半疑
あった～❗赤い看板が目印
店前の駐車場は…ほぼ満杯
店内に入ると…券売機
「特製中華そば」＆「ねぎ餃子」をチョイス
出来上がるまで…
餃子のタレ＆辛味噌＆刻みにんにくをベースに
自家栽培の九条ねぎをつまんで待ちます
先に…
熱々の鉄板と「ねぎ餃子」の登場
薄皮でねぎの旨味と香り…
そしてコクありって感じ、めちゃ旨し✴️
パクパク…って感じ
そして…特製中華そばの登場
旨そうなフォルム✨早速いただきます
あっ❗播州ラーメンの影響なのか…甘め
地元·たつの醤油ベースに
鶏ガラ＆節を効かせたスープ
とても旨い＆優しいお味に
仕上がっていました✴️
麺は自家製のもちっとストレート麺
旨味たっぷりの柔らか豚チャーシュー
歯ごたえ良い熟成穂先メンマ
そして追いねぎ、追いにんにく
それらが織り成す…至福の一杯❗
ごちそうさまでした旨かった～
ちなみに…自家農園での自家栽培のねぎは
食べ放題に入れ放題です
