焼いた溶岩の上にジュージューとレア状態の淡路ビーフ、110g
溶岩が、余分な脂を吸い取ってくれるそうで、肉濃度全開。
予想以上の柔らかさ！
淡路ビーフは、審査基準がすごーく厳しくて、300頭弱しかいないのだとか。
関東に出回るはずもなく、出回ってもきっとすごく高いのでは、と思うと、3300円はお値打ちかも。箸が止まらず、あっと言う間になくなってしまいました。あー、また食べたい！
