焼き穴子を買いたく、日曜日の14:00頃に行って参りました。
店の前では炭火焼きの大きな炉2台を使って穴子が次々次々焼かれています。先ず白焼き、甘めのたれに潜らせてまた焼く繰返していました。

よく分からず６匹買いました(3,500円)
帰えってすぐ、熱々のご飯に乗せて食べました、ウワサ通り美味しいですね、タレが上手くて穴子もとても柔らかく絶品でした。
機会があればまた買って食べたいです。
