一年ぶりに淡路島へ。
コロナ禍でバーベキューが出来なかったが、折角バーベキューをするので、魚増さんの穴子を購入して、炭火でリヒートして食べたく買って見た。
ご飯は近くのスーパーで購入して、いざ実食。
追い焼きでタレの香ばしさもプラスされて更に美味しくなりました。
家庭で食べる時も、トースターやグリルでリヒートをおすすめします！
