魚屋さんで、真横で焼いてる穴子とたれを買い、隣の定食屋に持っていって渡すと穴子丼にして出してくれる、なんとも牧歌的な島情緒溢れるランチでした。んでもって、この穴子が香ばしくてすこぶる旨い。早い時間のこともあり、あまり並ばずに済んだのもラッキーでしたが、ほんっとにおいしかった。たれかけずに白焼きのままわさびと塩でも食べてみたいお味でした。ごちそうさまでした。
