閉校した、野島小学校をリノベーションして複合施設に生まれ変わったのです

小さな動物園もあり、ＢＢＱができたり、カフェや淡路島の特産物を売ってたりもするんです
私達の目的地は２階
淡路島の食材を使ったリストランテ
こういう地産のものを食べるのが、旅行の醍醐味！
店内はゆったりとしたテーブルの配置で、ピアノの生演奏もあって素敵！
フローリングも綺麗になってますが、学校だったんだろうなって感じがしますね
お料理はコース料理４種類

・イカナゴと生ワカメのマリネ
サバは臭みがなくほどよい酸味
イカナゴ、真っ白なお魚でびっくり！

蓋を開けると緑のスープ？
上に西洋菜の花スープ、下にはフラン
洋風の茶碗蒸し
優しい味でホッとしますね
■本日のアンティパスト
・桜鯛 海苔と梅肉ソース
春を感じるお魚がでてきました
綺麗な盛り付けでうっとり！
海苔と梅肉、和のソースがよく合います
■淡路島牛のボロネーゼと季節の野菜
パスタは５種類から選択できますので、淡路島牛をつかったパスタにしました
お肉がいっぱい入ってて、トマトソースとも相性抜群
メイン行く前に、結構おなかいっぱいになってきます
大きなお鍋でやってきたのは、メインに選んだお肉
■淡路ビーフのビステッカ ＋1,100円
＋料金でしたが、やっぱり牛肉にしました
他にも、豚肉やお魚、鹿肉もありましたよ！
香りをつけながら火入れしてるので、すごくいい香り
部位はももだけど、すごく柔らかくてびっくり！
濃厚なきのこのソースがうまい
デザートも２種類から選択可
ピスタチオかいちごで悩んだけど、いちごにしました
■苺のアフォガード
上からホワイトチョコソースをかければできあがり！
ほんのりピンクになっていくのが綺麗
いちごも火が入ってるから甘い～
最後に紅茶or珈琲がついてきました
すごく満足度高くて、ボリュームも満点！
淡路島の食材もたっぷり堪能できるのでオススメです
一つ難点を言えば、窓の赤いテントのせいで写真が撮りにくい事かな
帰り際にシェフが挨拶してくれて、とても若い方
自身の出身の食材を大事にされておられるのが、素晴らしいですね
淡路島って食の宝庫っていわれるのが納得です
