夫はペスカトーレと私は桜鯛の塩コウジ漬けと筍のからすみ添えパスタをBセットで注文しました。店は結構待ち時間あり40分以上は待ったと思いましたが、その間パスタ選びできるのであまり苦痛なかったです。パスタの種類もいっぱいあるし、ソースもいっぱいあるので悩みに悩んで淡路島なので魚介類にしました。
パスタは生麺なのでモチモチです。私はO型パスタにしました。普通のスパゲッティより少し太めです。桜鯛の皮を炭火？で炙ってあるのでいい香り。その上シソの花がふりかけてあり、カラスミの混じったオイルソースが絶品でした。また絶対行きます。お墓参りで来たので御先祖様に感謝です。
