淡路島ラストは遊園地のようなリゾートカフェ
淡路ファイナルは西海岸にあるリゾート感満載の楽しいCafe「クラフトキッチン」
総勢8名、会食で訪れました
入口に立派なゾウさんたちやヨーロピアンな噴水などあってワクワクします
建物もステキですね
入ってすぐ市場とお土産ショップがあり、左と右にレストランがあります
今回は入って右の方のレストランへ
ステキな生演奏もあって活気ありますね！

海王丼＝海鮮丼ですね
僕のクリア基準「酢飯がほぼ見えないギッシリネタ」条件を満たしています
浜焼きは別皿で淡路野菜もついて豪快でした
海の幸だけでなく肉もあるので満足感が半端ないです、
他になにかしら追加かトッピングしてますが記憶にございません^ ^
とにかく会話が弾みました
これからの淡路島がますますトレンドになりそうな予感をヒシヒシと感じました

クラフトキッチンは夜もライトアップされていて、大きな象の像（…ゾウのゾウ^^て）が目印の冬の夜でも使えるオシャレ綺麗なお店です。食べる以外にも淡路の野菜やおかし土産があり、友達やカップルにも楽しい空間を提供してくれます
仕事が終わり、車で淡路インターまで送って貰う途中に立ち寄ってテイクアウトしました
実は昼間に一度行き、「海王丼(海鮮丼)を夜に取りに来るので」と頼んでいたのですが、行く時に電話したら海鮮丼のテイクアウトは難しいとの事で、お店の計らいで穴子丼を作ってくれました
なのでメニューにありません。値段は海王丼と同じです↓
■穴子丼￥1.980
帰宅して温めていただきました
穴子は全面にタレを塗ってから焼いたようで、白焼きの様な食感を感じる味、野趣味を感じられる一杯
関東の蒸し穴子とは少々趣が違い良かったです
（もしかしたら軽く蒸してるかも）
