人材派遣のパソナグループの関連会社、株式会社パソナ農援隊が淡路島北部で運営する約20レストランの1つで、自社農場「チャレンジファーム」の採れたて野菜や淡路島内生産者の食材を活用し、地産地消の料理を提供しているそうだ。
この日いただいたのは野菜を中心としたコースランチ。野菜はどれも味が濃厚で、しかもボリュームたっぷりで腹に溜まる。
メインは淡路ビーフのステーキ。とても柔らかく、茶色い牛蒡ソースと合わせると経験したことがない味のコンビネーションに舌鼓を打った。
