オープン３日目に伺いました！

今回徳島のＢＭしていたお店を訪問に２泊３日の小旅行に・・・丁度帰りに立寄る事にしました。
今回は徳島からの帰りに立寄る事にしました、宿泊先の徳島市内から淡路鳴門道経由で約５０分淡路北淡インターで下りて約７～８分だったかな？
県道沿いを南に進むと幸せのパンケーキ 淡路島テラスが有りそちらを過ぎて岡崎漁港を目印に行くと栄亭の看板が道路沿いにありますそこを海側に入ると岡崎漁港が目の前に、そこを右折すると直ぐにお店が見えます。
お店の前に数台の駐車スペースがあります。車を駐車してお店は沢山のお祝いの花が飾れれていました。
向かって右隣に宿泊施設「Yiyi Villa Awaji」さんがあります。
店内はテーブル席１６席とカウンター２席、それと裏にテラス席が１０席程ありました。
今回はカウンター席に通して頂きました。

島んちゅセット+いいだこをお願いしました。
待つ事約１０分位で運ばれてくる・・・・・
丁寧に盛り付けされています、麺は沖縄系の太い麺、トッピングは水菜、ピーナッツ、しらす、刻み海苔、しば漬、オニオン、ミンチ、北方卵トッピング・・・花椒がトッピングされています。（花椒抜きもできます）
全てをミックスして頂きました、ベースは唐辛子の辛さ控え目で、途中サイドの赤唐辛子のラー油ペーストを加えてミックス味変で頂ました。
おむすびはたっぷり明太子ペーストの中央にバターがバーナーで表面を炙りバター風味が強調されて旨し。
麺を全て頂いた後ダイブ飯（白ごはん）を入れてミックスして全て頂ました。
沖縄直送のじーまみー豆腐ももっちりで美味しく頂ました。
ご馳走様でした。
