淡路島内の飲食店で「淡路島ぬーどる」という、淡路島の手延べそうめんと淡路島の食材を使った料理を出しています。
その中で気になったのが、ホルモン鍋のぬーどる。
まず店の中はカウンター席やテーブル席がありますが、個室風の席もあります。
各テーブルには小さなガスコンロが置いてあります。
カウンターの奥に棚があり、焼酎が並べられています。
淡路島ぬーどるを注文して出てきたのが少し小さめのホルモン鍋に手延べそうめん（ゆで）、生卵。
出てきたときに店員さんから説明を受けましたが、たべかたがいろいろありまして・・・
まずは麺の食べ方
・ホルモン鍋に入れて一緒に煮込んで食べる
・つけ麺のように麺を少しずつホルモン鍋につけて食べる
生卵の使い方
・すき焼きのように具材をつけて食べる
・ホルモン鍋にまわし入れて食べる
と、４通りですがいろんな食べ方が選べるというのはなかなかですな！
もちろん、ホルモン鍋はガスコンロの上であつあつ食べられるのです！
春なのに急に寒くなって鍋が「恋しく」なったときにはアツアツの鍋って、いいですねぇ～
ホルモン鍋は野菜が多めのちょびっとヘルシーな感じもしますが、だしはしっかりとホルモンの味がしみ込んでいます、だからと言って野菜がしつこく感じる・・・ということはありません。
ただ、ホルモンが少なめなのでがっつり食べる人には少し物足りないかもしれませんが・・・
いろんな食べ方で食べてみました、だしが少し濃いめであるのでつけ麺にしてもおいしいですし、煮込んでも味がしみ込みますのでこれもおいしい。
生卵もすき焼きのようにつけるとまろやかさが出ておいしいです！
さきほど「だしが濃い目」と書きましたが、濃いだしが苦手な方も大丈夫、薄めるための湯？が入ったポットも一緒に持ってきてくれますので自分なりに加減できます。
この店でホルモン鍋を注文すると一人前１６００円からですが、この淡路島ぬーどるはなんと９８０円、とってもお得です！！
ちなみにホルモン鍋を食べて〆に麺類、しかも少し太めの手延べそうめんを入れたいという方は、麺のみ単品で３００円です。
