農家が経営するジェラート店。自家栽培した作物をそのままジェラートに仕上げています。
季節ごとに採れた野菜や果物をふんだんに使いジェラートにしています。 オーナーが経営する農園で栽培された作物を主に使っていますが、それ以外の素材もオーナーの顔なじみの農家さんが作る作物や、淡路島にちなんだ素材を極力使っています。 素材そのものを味わっていただく為に、香料などの添加物は一切使っていません。 また、必要最低限の砂糖しか使っていませんので"やさしい"味のジェラートです。
